Tees Valley Rural Action (TVRA) offers a wide range of advice and support to voluntary and community groups in the rural areas of the Tees Valley.
- Promoting: rural issues in order to influence, local, regional and national policy.
- Identify gaps: in existing services and respond to local needs.
- Sharing: good practises across village halls and community group management communities.
- Working with partners together: on new and exciting projects such as Our Community Matters and Step Forward Tees Valley
Tees Valley Rural Action’s, (TVRA) aim is to promote inclusion and equality in the rural communities within in Tees Valley and improve social, economic and environmental well being of our rural areas.
TVRA works with local groups, individuals and representatives within rural communities to identify and respond to local needs; provide accurate advice, services, information and support to individuals and local groups; promote rural issues to influence local, regional and national policies; actively participate in national, regional and local partnerships.
TVRA has a strong ‘CAN DO’ ethos and believe there is more to be achieved through working with YOU to strengthen our rural communities.
